Over $100 = taxable benefit plus requires submitting full recipient list. (this policy applies to users in Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, and the US)

Shipping policy

Some items are made-to-order, so please allow time for production/decoration before the goods are ready to ship. Once production is complete, you will receive a shipping notification.

If your items are in stock your order will be processed and ready to ship in 1 to 3 days. Once your order leaves our Cincinnati warehouse, allow 7 to 10 days for shipping and deliveries outside of Ohio. If you have any questions please click here to contact us.
