Can I view my order history?

Yes, click the account icon in the top right corner and login to view your order history.

Who are the merchandise vendors?

BCG has partnered with 2CoolPromos and Boundless Network to provide branded merchandise for global corporate and recruiting needs. They can be contacted via our Contact Us page.

What are production and shipping times?

Production time is provided in the product description. Shipping time is additional. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. Unless otherwise specified, in-stock orders normally ship within 24 hours, or the next business day if the order is placed on a Friday or on a day before a holiday. Unless specified otherwise, special order items will take 7-10 business days production time and will be shipped using ground transportation with an additional 3-5 business days transit time.

Will a confirmation of my order and shipment be sent to me?

Yes. Order details will be emailed to you. A second email will be sent to you when your order has shipped. The shipment confirmation email will include hot links to track your shipment.
